FAQ
GENERAL QUESTIONS
Q1: Are these premade templates custom?
A: No. All premade templates (Branding Kits, Instagram posts, Shopify templates, Thank You cards) are ready-to-use and editable in Canva. You will customize colors, text, and content yourself.
Q2: Do I need Canva Pro?
A: Some templates include premium fonts, images, or elements that may require Canva Pro. Canva Pro is not included with purchase.
Q3: How do I access my digital product?
A: After purchase, you’ll receive a link to the Canva template or digital download. Premade products are delivered within 24–48 hours; custom services follow the agreed timeline.
Q4: Can I resell or share my purchased templates?
A: No. All products are licensed for single-business use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing is prohibited.
Q5: Can I get revisions on premade products?
A: Premade products do not include revisions. You are responsible for editing them yourself in Canva.
CUSTOM SERVICES QUESTIONS
Q6: What’s included with custom Shopify services?
A: Custom services include the deliverables listed on your service page, one Zoom call, and up to 2 revision rounds. Additional calls or revisions are billed separately.

-
Custom Shopify Website: ~10–14 business days
Delivery depends on timely client feedback and required assets.
